CNC for turning, milling and grinding
Nowadays, the modern machine tools for turning, milling, grinding, engraving, polishing, drilling, sawing or carving would no longer be conceivable without CNC technology.
To some extent, ECKELMANN AG has been supporting manufacturers and operators of CNC machines for more than twenty years. The application spectrum ranges from simple contouring controls and low-cost standard solutions to highly sophisticated systems with up to twelve axes. Special CNC-software is made available depending on machine types, e.g. lathes, bending machines, flat grinding machines, profile grinding machines, round grinding machines, out-of-round grinding machines, carving machines, milling machines and the pantograph:
- Five-axis transformation (RTCP) for an engraving machine
- 3D axis compensation for compensating mechanical tolerances of a welding machine or of milling machines
- Technology-specific functions, for example for out-of-round machine by out-of-round grinding machines
