Process control for all plant sizes and types of processes
ECKELMANN AG develops and supplies process control technology for plants as a subcontractor of the manufacturer or as a contractor of the end user. Its solutions in the process
control technology range from the setting up of compact
standard systems for operation and visualisation to complex
overall solutions ranging from the field level to interfacing to
the corporate control level.
A large number of application systems demonstrates the great bandwidth of control system solutions in terms of both the type
of plant and performance. One common feature of all applications is that the solution is based on the principle
of system integration.
Process control systems from ECKELMANN are based at
all levels on current industrial standards:
- Control level with PLCs or PC-based automation (Siemens Simatic S7, AEG)
- Field bus systems (Profibus, Interbus, E·FBM)
- Programming with IEC 61131-Sprachen (Step7, CoDeSys from 3S, Phoenix PCWorx, E·ProBas)
- Use of modern methods for sequence programming
- Control level (visualisation with Siemens WinCC, iFix, InTouch)
- Use of integrated control systems (Proleit OS NT, Siemens PCS7, Emerson Delta V, AEG Viewstar)
- Integration of our own partial solutions developed by Eckelmann in higher-level languages
But whenever standard systems do not suffice, ECKELMANN also develops and programs complete customised control systems.
